FAQ

 1.  I paid for membership but when I try to sign in my email address and password do not work

Upon paying for  a membership  you will receive a confirmation from the processing credit card company or Pay Pal, whichever is the method of payment you chose.  In addition to this you will receive a welcome email from E-MotionCards.    If you do not receive these two emails, your payment did not go through.  Please try again and possibly use another payment method.  Please feel free to send a message by clicking on "Contact Us" if you continue to have a problem so we can assist you!


2.  I just paid for membership but when I try to send a card the message  asks me to join or sign in.

You have to be signed in to send cards.  After receiving the confirmation email upon paying for your membership, go to the home page and click on the "Sign In" link in order for all of the features to be available to you and to send any of the cards on the site.


3.  I am a member but when I try to send a card the message asks me to join or sign in.

As a member you need to "Sign in" to send cards and to have all the features available to you or perhaps your membership has expired.  If so, click on "Renew".


4. I am a member and sent a Free Card.  Why isn't the card showing up in the E-Cards Sent.

You have to "Sign In" in for the Address Book and the E-Cards sent to record your cards sent.

5.  I would like to send a FREE card to multiple recipients. 

Only with membership can you send cards to multiple recipients.

6.  Is there a limit to the number of cards I can send at one time?

Yes, please do not send to more than 100 recipients in one mailing.  This is important!

As a member you will be able to send one card up to 100 people per mailing. To send to more than 100 cards but less than 500 cards please space 100 cards going out thirty minutes apart between mailing.  For over 500 cards please contact us for assistance in mailing your cards. Any questions don't hesitate to contact us.

7.  I am a member but have forgotten my password.

Click on the "Sign In" link then click on the "Reset Password" link.  A password will be emailed to you at the email address on your account.  You can change this password to a password of your choice after "Signing In" , click on "My Account" link at top of page, click on "change password".


8.  I need to change my email address or account information.

"Sign in", click on "My Account" at the top of the Home Page.  Click on "Edit My Account Information" and enter correct information.

9.  I would like to eliminate an address in my address book.

Click on "Reminders" at the top of the home page.  You will be able to delete any addresses on this page.

10.  I try to play the cards and they will not play.

The lastest Flash player is necessary to play the e-cards.  Please download: Flash Player

Sometimes when a card won't play or you cannot send a card you need to close out of your browser then restart the browser and log onto E-MotionCards again. By doing so the error should now corrected.

11. I personalize the card but when I try to send it nothing happens.

12. I no longer would like to receive the newsletter.  How do I discontinue receiving it?

"Sign in". Click on "My Account".  Click on "Edit my account information". Remove check mark from the box indicating you would like to receive the occasional newsletter.
