E-MotionCards values and respects your privacy. Upon joining you are asked for your e-mall address, name, address, telephone number. This information absolutely will NOT be divulged or sold to any third party.

Emails from E-Motioncards

You have the choice to receive emails from us to notify you the card you have requested has been sent and notification the card has been picked up by the recipients. If the card can not be delivered we will notify you of non-delivery at which time you can check to ascertain the correct address was entered.

If you enter birth dates, or special occasion dates in the address book you will receive an e-mail to remind you of those dates. (This feature is not activated as yet but will be in the near future)

We will send emails upon registration, renewal reminder, password reminders, and other administrative or help situations.

In addition to these situations we will send an occasional newsletter with information on new cards or relevant information.

You may choose not to receive email from E-Motioncards by sending us an email with your request.

Address Book

As a member of E-MotionCards you will have the opportunity to use your address book to enter the addresses of family and friends. This information is highly confidential and will not be used by us or be given to third parties.

Card History

The recipient details and personal messages which you enter when you send a card are stored in our database. This enables you to review the cards in Card History. This information is confidential and will not be given to a third party.

Data

Data of the history of cards sent and membership information as well as suggestions you have submitted may be used by E-Motioncards to make improvements to the design of the website or cards.
